Hunting 2003 November 17th is the first day of the 2003 shotgun season. It should be good day hopefully someone can get something. Next year will be the year I can gun hunt. Well didn't get a shot at anything this year. The closest a deer was, was about 45-50 yards. Oh well their is always next year!! |

My dad killed a doe this morning at around 8:20. We had already seen 8 deer earlier that day, when this mother and her two little ones came through. She was only 15 or 20 yards away when my dad shot her. She ran only 35-40 yards before dropping. This is the first time I was with my dad when he got a deer! |

November 17th, 2003 Stuart got a 3 pointer on opening day it was only 55 yards away when he shot it. It went down and then he had to plug it one more time to kill it. It was nice body wise but had a small rack. |
